Go On Staff (formerly Innolink Staff) is a staffing services company established in 2009. We provide workforce solutions across all industries throughout Finland. In addition to temporary staffing, we offer recruitment services tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs. We also provide comprehensive research services, outplacement support, and executive search services.

One of our key areas of expertise is sourcing skilled workers from abroad, especially for industries and regions facing severe labor shortages. Our core service includes high-quality, targeted marketing in the source countries to identify the best candidates. We assess applicants’ professional skills through custom testing in their home country, developed in collaboration with the client company.

We supply labor from both within and outside the EU. When necessary, we handle residence and work permits for incoming employees. We have strong partnership networks in the Philippines, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, and Ukraine, but we also hire skilled workers from all over the world, regardless of their origin.

The employment contracts we offer can range from long-term permanent positions to temporary seasonal work, depending on the preferences of both the employer and the employee. We focus heavily on helping international workers integrate into Finnish society, assisting with all necessary paperwork, including visits to the local registry and tax offices, and helping employees find accommodation when needed.
