Blue Idea is expanding to Finland and now we are looking for a




to launch Blue Idea`s business in Finland.



Are you a sales & business professional looking for new exciting challenges? Are you curious, bold and willing to start something totally new? Great!


Your job is to seek business opportunities for Blue Idea in Finland.

At first, you`ll start with finding a right working space in Helsinki Metropolitan area. You will be building this business with a CEO, who is living and working in Denmark, but will be supporting you and will be in Finland at the start.

At the same time, you`ll start recruiting your first colleague for a Sales Manager-position.

You and your colleague are responsible of the whole selling process from prospecting to closing. You will develop leads, find business opportunities, book and attend meetings with customers and so on. You will provide the best service for your customers.


You have earlier experience with leading b2b-sales. You might have worked with technical solutions before and you have to be technically oriented. It would be nice, if you have worked in a start up company and you can live with a ”not so well-organized” company for a while. You will be the one creating the ways of working, processes and culture and this challenge doesn`t scare you, likely opposite!

You are result oriented, you know your numbers and what you don`t know, you are willing to figure out and learn.

You have suitable education and your Finnish and English skills are fully professional profiency.

Swedish and/or Danish are considered as a bonus. To succeed in this role, you are a person who is driven by growth and you have excellent business skills. Hands on-attitude is a must.


As mentioned, you will be working with the company CEO and you have colleagues in Denmark and Sweden. At first, you will recruit one colleague in Finland and later on you`ll be responsible for growing your team and your business in Finland.


We offer you a great opportunity to start something totally new in Finnish market, proven concept and highly motivated colleagues to support you. The salary is competitive and reflecting the position, your yearly income sets between 60 000 € – 65 000 € + bonus. We want you to start in September 2021 but we are open to discuss this with you.
