Are you the receptionist we are looking for?
We are looking for experienced receptionists for our client company Wilderness Hotels for the winter season 2024-2025!
Your work as receptionist includes variable duties such as checking guests in and out, assisting guests and telling them about the area as well as other basic reception tasks. As a receptionist you are also part of sales team, where you serve customers by phone and e-mail, make reservations and sell additional services and admission tickets to different locations. You work in cooperation with other departments, ensuring that each customer always receives the best service.
Employment starts with orientation around November and ends 31.03.2025. Wilderness Hotels owns five hotels and you would be located to one of those (Juutua, Inari, Muotka, Nellim, Nangu). There are shared apartments for employees near the workplaces.
Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement for hotel- and restaurant industry. Salary according to the agreement. Employment contract will be between Go On and employee.
